Purpose
Why NCI?
NCI in Schools specializes in training faculty and staff on how to support children in crisis. School systems nationwide have seen an uptick in behavioral issues. Such environments make it difficult for students to learn, and has been factor for many teachers choosing to leave their professions. Our curriculum is designed for de-escalation, restorative practice training, trauma-informed care and how to safely intervene in a physical crisis.
